Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept requests to cancel orders before the product has been shipped or production has begun. If an order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Furthermore, the item must be returned in its original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs only once (this includes return shipping costs); we do not charge consumers any restocking fees for product returns.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process; within a few days, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
